Summary: Our three days were magical as our stay was to celebrate my husband’s 82nd birthday. Although all the staff was great, Anne at the front desk was exceptional! I had the opportunity to see her interactions with various visitors while I was sitting in the lobby and her attention to make everyone feel special with a huge smile and professionalism. Please let her know it was noticed.

Summary: During my stay on 05/04, the power went out all night so I had to sleep in a room with no power, no way to charge my devices, no way to see where anything was at, and was not accommodated. I was told I had to wait until the next day and the person assisting me was not very helpful. Ruined my visit.
